“After two years of living in a cardinal point property I can gladly say they do a great job and truly care about their tenants.
When I first moved into one of their properties I had a less than ideal experience to start. Our original property manager from cardinal point had presumably stopped caring and we moved into a dirty apartment with multiple things not working. I contacted him multiple times trying to get things fixed in the first few months and received little to no answers or solutions. Eventually I got fed up and contacted Eugene. He was immediately helpful, fixed the problems I brought up and a few weeks later we get an email saying that they would be replacing our property manager. Jess took over and it was the complete opposite experience. She was attentive, checked in, spoke to her regularly about things going on in the apartment and if their were any issues. A few complications occurred here and there (like in any living situation) but Jess was always on top of it doing everything to fix issues we had and be fair and conscientious to our needs and worries. Though I had issues to start, once I informed Eugene of my concerns, everything was almost immediately dealt with and they found the perfect person to manage the property. In the end, I appreciated my two years living with Cardinal Point and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an attentive, caring, and fair property manager to rent from or manage their property.”
